30 U.S. Senators have officially put the ATF on notice
Big news in the fight for your Second Amendment rights—30 U.S. Senators have officially put the ATF on notice.
These lawmakers sent a letter demanding the ATF immediately reverse its unconstitutional gun regulations, including:
- The “Engaged in the Business” Rule – A backdoor push for universal background checks.
- The Pistol Brace Ban – A rule that criminalized millions of law-abiding Americans overnight.
- The “Ghost Gun” Rule – A direct attack on your right to build firearms at home.
- The “Zero Tolerance” Policy – An excuse to shut down FFLs over minor paperwork mistakes.
They’re also calling for the destruction of old firearm transaction records and putting an end to the ATF’s creeping gun registry. With the new administration in place, now is the time to roll back years of anti-gun overreach.
But 30 senators isn’t nearly enough. If yours didn’t sign this letter, ask them why. If your senators aren’t on this list, demand they stand up for your rights. Contact them and urge them to join their colleagues in pushing back against unconstitutional ATF policies.
The ATF isn’t going to change course on its own, and politicians won’t act unless they hear from you.
Stay aware, stay involved, and keep pushing back.
